Don't you find it fascinating - the strategies used to increase human performance in sport? ...Training with sprint parachutes for greater explosive speed. Exhalation-monitoring devices for additional cardiovascular efficiency. Systems of communication used to increase team situational awareness on the field.

On that last point, the 2008 Beijing Olympic's website has an in-depth study of the signals used to facilitate play at the pinnacle of sport...I think spending at least 1 hour studying this could improve all of our performance on a daily basis even outside of competition.
